Our Return Policy
At My FootDr, our aim is to ensure that your experience in store and online is an easy one. Moreover, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
In store, we will take the time to measure your feet, recommend the right fitting shoe and suggest different options. However, if you get home and for whatever reason the purchase does not meet your expectation, we will refund or exchange all purchases within 30 days of your purchase. It is that easy! The only thing we ask is that the shoes are not worn and, in a condition where they can be resold.
To ensure that your experience online is also customised, we provide a My FootDr “size guide” to take some of the guess work out of your size selection. However, should you select an incorrect size or even if you simply don’t feel comfortable in the shoe, My FootDr will provide an exchange free of any postage and handling charges for your first exchange on any full price products. For any purchases made either on sale or a reduced price, we are still happy to exchange or refund, however, the cost of the postage will not be covered.
For in-store purchases, please return to the store you purchased at, and the in-store specialist will assist in your return/exchange.
For online purchases – simply download and fill in the form below and send to onlineorders@myfootdr.com.au and we will advise you what the process will be.
The return form has all the details to make this as easy as possible. As soon as we receive the shoes, we will process the refund or exchange.
Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15 per order across Australia. Orders above $100 will receive free shipping.
The shipping method we use is StarTrack. If you would like the courier to leave your goods if you are not home, please specify this in the comments section of your order otherwise a calling card will be left which will require you to ring the courier to arrange re-delivery. Please note that leaving the goods waives the included insurance on the goods.
All items are delivered to the delivery address supplied by the purchaser. Errors in the given address are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We only ship to Australian addresses.
Shipping Lead Time and Delivery
Our website is kept as current as possible. From time to time, goods ordered online may not be in stock in our store. We will procure the items as soon as possible. If there is to be a delay, we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at this point, you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, we will refund the entire purchase amount.
Goods in stock will be dispatched by the next working day. As a general guideline, deliveries to the eastern seaboard should take 5 – 7 days while other states and regional areas, please expect between 8 – 14 days.

All our contacts are on our website. We are not purely an online business but predominantly physical Podiatry / Retail clinics. We can be easily contacted with any questions and will reply promptly to your concerns.
