Deliveries & Refunds
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We will attempt to send your goods via Australia post or Star Track couriers within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Please note that we do not ship internationally. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at email@example.com.
From time to time, you may purchase a pair of shoes that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. My FootDr offers customers in Australia a free 30-Day Returns Policy.
This means that you can return or exchange your shoes under the condition they are unworn, in original packaging and received at our headquarters within 30-days of purchase date. Full price purchases can choose between an exchange or refund, while sale items purchased online are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Items not received at headquarters within the 30 day time frame are not eligible. Please do not wear shoes if they are unsuitable for you, as we will decline to offer a refund or exchange on shoes that have any signs of wear. In the event you need to exchange your shoes, please contact us and we will email you a postage label with instructions on how to send the shoes back.
My FootDr will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. To ensure shoe boxes remain undamaged in transit please return your order with the original packaging.
To ensure your return is processed quickly we recommend you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 07 3861 0132 before you return your shoes. This will allow us to log your order and to hold stock for you, should you need an exchange.
